Pasta with feta, cherry tomatoes and salted capers
Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 320 g. linguine
- 80 g. feta cheese
- 400 g. Fiorfiore datterini tomatoes
- 2 tbs salted capers
- EVOO
- Salt
- Black pepper
Preparing:
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. In the meantime, rinse the capers well and put in a mixer with the Fiorfiore datterini tomatoes, feta cheese and two tablespoons of olive oil.
- Add a cup of cooking water and blend. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Stir one minute and serve.
