Ingredients (Serves 4):

• 12 oz of pasta Fiorfiore Linguine
• 1 pack of Fiorfiore Red Pesto
• Parmesan
• Salt

Preparing:

1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Set aside a cup of the cooking water.
2. Drain the pasta and add the jar of Fiorfiore Red Pesto directly into the pot. Mix over low heat and slowly add the cooking water if needed. Continue stirring for a few seconds.
3. Serve with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
